The Bayelsa State
Governor, Seriake Dickson, in June this year, directed the State's Civil Service
Commission to commence the recruitment exercise of 1000 young Graduates across
the eight Local Government Areas in the State.
To drive home the Governor's
pledge for young graduates to be gainfully employed, the Deputy Governor on
Monday officially launched the www.byscivilservicecomm.org website for easy access to
information toward ensuring a credible recruitment exercise .

Entry examination for the
12,335 applicants already cleared is billed to commence on Tuesday, August 21, 2018.
Information Commissioner, Daniel Iworiso-Markson, assured the people of a
transparent and credible exercise.
Criteria
for the screening include qualified degree certificate holders with NYSC
Certificate, Local Government Identification Letter, Birth Certificate among
others.
Below is the list of
cleared applicants for the screening exercise which is scheduled to commence on
Tuesday, August 21, 2018. Please, note that this is not the complete list. Some
of the names could not load due to some technical issues on the website.
However, I promise to update the list as soon as possible. Therefore, you don't
have to be worried if you can't find your name on the list. You can check back
later or visit the Commission's website @ www.byscivilservicecomm.org to
find out.
Those who submitted their WAEC, OND or NCE results during registration automatically have their names on the uncleared lists as the criteria for screening include degree certificate, NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter, Local Government Identification letter among others. In other words, for an applicant to be cleared for the screening exercise, he or she must have at least a BA, B.Sc., B.Ed., HND or its equivalent in any field. Also, an applicant, aside being a degree holder and a Bayelsan, must have his or her NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter.
